Yoga Classes
Yoga is a powerful energy force for health. It provides accountability. It provides community. It is a practice that you come back to on a regular basis to check in with yourself. Yoga heals, in all kinds of ways.
Power yoga applies the added focus of connecting movement with breath, because of the intensity and pace of the class. The element of heat levels up the intensity, which requires more of a focus on your breath to stay present. And as a bonus, it promotes a significant amount of sweat, which is a powerful method of detoxification for your body.
